Each dispute has to organize an activity or party for the USRA members at least once a year and has to have at least 10 members to continue being a dispute. You can only become member of a dispute if you are chosen by its existing members. USRA has 12 Disputes, both mixed and male or female disputes.
A Year club are departments within the USRA and they consist of a group students, elected by the members. The members must be from the same year, or higher.
